Job Description:

As a Community Manager, you will play a critical role in fostering engagement, communication, and growth within our community across key platforms like X, Discord, and Telegram. You will manage online interactions, host community spaces, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure our community remains informed and engaged. Working closely with the Communications and PR department, you will ensure that every community-facing communication is aligned with our overall messaging and brand strategy. This role will require a blend of content creation, AI prompt management, and hosting skills to effectively manage our community channels and drive conversations that promote the growth of our ecosystem.

 

Responsibilities:

Community Engagement & Management:

-Actively manage and engage with the community across X, Discord, and Telegram.

-Create and maintain a positive environment where community members can interact, ask questions, and share ideas.

-Respond to inquiries, moderate discussions, and provide support to community members.


Social Media & AI Prompt Management:

-Create engaging content and manage social media interactions on X, responding to questions and feedback in real time.

-Utilize AI tools to craft prompts and manage automated responses to ensure consistent and meaningful engagement across platforms.

-Monitor social trends and integrate community insights into social media strategies to keep the community engaged.


Host & Manage Community Spaces:

-Organize and host X Spaces and other live community events to foster interaction and discussion around Web3, blockchain, and our ecosystem.

-Collaborate with influencers, community leaders, and project team members to drive participation and excitement around these events.

-Promote these spaces across community channels and ensure follow-up conversations post-events to maintain engagement.


Content Creation & Community Updates:

-Share regular updates about project milestones, ecosystem news, and community-related content on all relevant platforms.

-Collaborate closely with the Communications and PR department to ensure that all communications are aligned with overall messaging and branding.

-Create and share educational content to help new users onboard into the ecosystem.


Community Health & Feedback:

-Monitor the overall health of the community, providing feedback to internal teams on community sentiment, concerns, and suggestions.

-Identify opportunities for improvements in community engagement, taking proactive steps to address any negative trends or issues.

-Regularly report on community growth metrics, engagement levels, and feedback.


Community Growth & Expansion:

- Develop and oversee community programs such as an ambassador program to attract new members.

- Recognize key community members and empower them to become project advocates.

- Partner with external communities to enhance awareness of our Layer 2 blockchain and other products.

 

Requirements:

Community Management Expertise:

-Proven experience managing and growing online communities, particularly on platforms like X, Discord, and Telegram.

-Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, especially Ethereum network and decentralized ecosystems.

 

Content Creation & Social Media:

-Experience in creating engaging content for social media channels, with the ability to manage real-time responses and discussions.

-Familiarity with AI tools and prompt management for optimizing social media engagement and responses.

 

Event Hosting & Community Engagement:

-Ability to organize and host community events like X Spaces, AMAs, and live Q&A sessions to engage the community.

-Comfortable moderating discussions and interacting with influencers and project team members.

 

Communication Skills:

-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

-Ability to foster meaningful connections within the community and create a welcoming environment.

-Ability to collaborate closely with the Communications and PR department to align messaging across platforms.


Additional Skills:

-Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

-Passionate about blockchain technology, the Web3 movement, and community building.

-Willingness to adapt to new tools and platforms as needed to drive engagement and growth.

-Versatile and experienced: Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of maturity, ensuring attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and understanding organizational dynamics.

-Willingness to occasionally travel for conferences, events, and ecosystem gatherings.
